This policy is aimed at KiiKii users, showing how we handle information when you register, create, purchase and manage accounts, and how you can control your own data.

You control your creative content
Your conversations, projects, prompts and media support the features you request. They are not displayed publicly unless you explicitly publish or share them.
AI requests involve third parties
When you generate text, images, video or audio, necessary prompts, parameters and selected reference assets are sent to the model provider that performs the task.
Access, export and account closure
In your account, you can manage your profile, review orders and credit history, export account data, and submit or withdraw an account closure request.
Information we process
Account information: username, display name, email, avatar, encrypted password credentials, login and security records, and the versions and acceptance times of this policy and the terms.
Creative and project data: text, prompts, attachments, creative conversations, canvases, drama projects, assets, generation parameters, task status and generated results you submit or create.
Transaction and benefit data: orders, transaction status from payment providers, plans, credit balances and transactions, coupons and refunds. We do not store or display full bank card details on the page.
Device and operational information: IP addresses, browser information, request times, errors and necessary audit records processed for login, security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
Why we process this information
We use this information to create and protect accounts, restore conversations and projects, run generation tasks, display and download results, process payments and credits, and respond to support, security and account closure requests you initiate.
We use it to prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and duplicate charges, diagnose service failures and comply with applicable law. We process only what the relevant feature requires.
AI and automated processing
The creative Agent interprets your current request, then selects available models and parameters. Internal planning prompts, model selection and execution rules are not displayed as your public content.
Model services may process your prompts, reference assets and task parameters to generate text or media. Providers may have different data retention and training policies. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive content such as identity documents, financial or medical information, or unpublished trade secrets.
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent with reality. Before publishing, commercial use or important decisions, verify facts, copyright, likeness rights and compliance risks.
When we share information with third parties
We share necessary information with model, payment, email, object storage or content delivery services only when a specific feature requires it. Third parties receive only the data needed to perform that task.
We may disclose necessary information as required by law, courts or regulators, or to protect the lawful rights of users, the platform and others. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
Accounts, projects, conversations and long-term assets are generally kept until you delete them or close your account. Unsent temporary attachments remain only in the current page memory and become account assets after sending. Orders, payments, refunds and security audit records are kept as needed for applicable law and disputes.
We protect data through access controls, encrypted credentials, media ownership checks, short-lived signed URLs, audits and backups. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect your password and promptly report unusual activity.
Your choices and rights
In your account, you can edit your profile and password, view orders, credits and usage records, download media you are authorized to access, and export account data.
You can delete creative conversations, canvases, drama projects, assets or publication records. The system first checks whether other projects reference the same media. Files with valid references remain until those references are removed, so other projects do not silently break.
You can request account closure from your account and withdraw the request before it is accepted. Closure deletes or de-identifies eligible account and creative data. Transaction, security and dispute records that must be retained by law are stored separately for the statutory period.
Minors, policy updates and contact
If you are below the legal age to consent independently to online services in your location, use this service only after a guardian has read and agreed to it. Do not upload sensitive information or inappropriate content involving minors.
We may update this policy when features, providers or laws change. Material changes will be announced on the site, at sign-in or through renewed consent. We retain a record of the policy version you accepted at registration.
For requests to access, correct or delete personal information, close an account or make a complaint, start with the account and help center options. If human assistance is needed, contact the support channel published by the site operator.
