Terms of service

These terms apply to your access to and use of KiiKii, including the creative Agent, image and video generation, Canvas, drama, assets, publishing, plans and credits.

By registering, signing in or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

Provide accurate, usable registration details, protect your password and signed-in devices, and take responsibility for activity on your account. If you discover unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact the site operator through the help center.

Do not resell accounts, register accounts in bulk, impersonate others, or bypass permissions, concurrency limits, credit limits or risk controls. To protect users and the service, we may restrict abnormal requests, suspend high-risk actions or require additional verification.

You retain your rights to content you lawfully upload. To fulfill your requests, you permit the service to store, copy, transcode, transmit and process that content as necessary. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.

Ensure that you have all required copyright, trademark, likeness, voice, privacy and other permissions for your assets and prompts. Do not request or publish content that could mislead, deceive or harm the rights of others.

You may use generated results to the extent permitted by law and the upstream model terms. AI output may resemble other content and is not guaranteed to be exclusive, copyrightable or suitable for a particular commercial purpose. Verify it before publishing and take responsibility for its use.

Agent replies and generated results come from automated models and may contain factual errors, omissions, bias, visual defects or unusable output. The service does not provide legal, medical, investment or other professional advice.

Models, generation speed, available parameters and result counts vary with administrator settings, provider capabilities, network conditions and content safety requirements. Running tasks may take time. Follow the displayed status and do not submit the same task repeatedly.

Product names, prices, credits, valid benefits and payment methods are determined by the purchase page and order snapshot. Check your order before paying. The payment result is the order status confirmed by the provider and verified by the system.

Generation tasks deduct credits according to the displayed model, parameters, quantity and rules. When a task meets the system conditions for failure or cancellation, eligible credits are returned automatically according to its record. Charges for successfully delivered or consumed services, or costs resulting from unlawful content submitted by the user, are not automatically refundable.

To request an order refund, provide the order number and reason through the support channel published by the site operator. Eligibility, refund scope, processing time through the original payment method and recovery of issued benefits depend on the product description, applicable law and final decision. Do not pay or apply repeatedly for the same order.

Do not upload, generate or distribute content involving crime, infringement, hatred or harassment, sexual exploitation, inappropriate content involving minors, malicious misinformation, privacy breaches, fraud or impersonation, malware, or evasion of safety measures.

Public works may be subject to automated or human review, reports, removal and appeals. To protect users and the platform, we may reject tasks, remove public content, restrict features or suspend accounts. Where serious unlawful activity is suspected, we may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.

We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability of every model or results that meet every subjective expectation. Maintenance, provider failures, networks, force majeure and legal requirements may cause delays, interruptions or feature changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost anticipated profits or losses caused by failure to back up important work, verify AI output or obtain rights to assets. This does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You can delete your creative records or request account closure. Deletion and closure follow media reference protection, transaction record and legal retention requirements. See the privacy policy for details.

We may update these terms when features, providers, prices or laws change. Material changes will be announced on the site, at sign-in or through renewed consent. Read the updated version before continuing.

For disputes about orders, content decisions, privacy or these terms, first contact the help center or the operator’s published support channel. Applicable law, jurisdiction and non-waivable consumer rights depend on the operator’s location, your location and applicable law.
